Received the package (box) earlier than expected. Nicely packed. Everything we needed was there to replace our old waterbed mattress which the seams were failing and it had started leaking profusely. The company even provided a beautiful mattress pad cover. This company is awesome; they thought of everything and we were able to replace the old mattress with the new one in a few hours. Nice job!

Liner, mattress, pad, heater, etc. - this has everything down to the frame.Next time, I'll replace everything at about ten years and hopefully won't experience another age-related leak which was completely captured by the liner.I hope Rick's Home Store will be there to help again.

It looks good, but the mattress pad has never yet been sent to us. I've been waiting for a good while now. I should be given a partial return pay, if the are not going to ever send the mattress pad, because I PAID for a complete set, that was the whole point of buying it as a set.

This waterbed kit was exactly what we needed! Came with mattress, heater, liner, fill kit, mattress topper, and water conditioner. Have slept on mattress about 2 weeks now with zero problems.
