My bed was very easy to put in the bed frame and fill it. The price for the liner, bladder, heater and conditioner is cheaper than a normal mattress and box spring for a regular bed and my waterbed is soo much more comfortable

First of all, it seems to be a great mattress. Time will tell on the durability. It's been 4 weeks since I installed it and it's really comfortable. I ran into trouble with fumes, but that was because I used too much water conditioner. The mattress does not smell bad.

Very disappointed in this product. The mattress itself is great but the accessories that came with it are very cheap and broke before I was able to use them. The full kit end that goes on faucet leaks so bad I could not use it. The cap on the mattress when I plucked the plastic pieces to pull it up out of the hole they broke leaving a shark edge. Both very cheaply made. I would have returned everything but desperately needed the mattress.
