I was able to replace all my old can lights at a reasonable price. I like that you can select how strong you want the light. Very happy with purchase

However, the spring mechanism is flawed. The spring enters a vertical slot to snap into place. However, the snap is not firm enough and the vertical slot allows the spring to pop out of the light while you are adjusting the trim while inserting it up into the can. Sometimes, you need to slide the light back down, and that is where the spring pops out of the vertical slot. You then need to pull the whole thing out, reinstall the spring into the slot and try again. When you have dozens of lights to install, this can add a lot of unnecessary of frustration. Other MFG have the spring clip slide into a horizontal slot which eliminates the ability for the spring to come out during vertical movement. (Which is when you insert and adjust) So on the flawed spring alone, two stars off.

Installs easy, works great, and easy to change the color temperature. But not dimmable.

True to the package claim these are dimmable with my Lutron dimmer . The Lutron switch number is unknown , it's the toggle type with a slide dimmer immediately to the right of the toggle. Curious to see how long these last, at a third of the cost of the big box store units that won't dim, contrary to packaging claims, I'll gladly take the gamble.

They look great, BUT I can't get them to center into the can. So it exposes part of the opening
