These only work long enough for the ice right along the edges to start to melt, a minute max. That minute could be life or death for the start of naptime though, and she actually latches on them while trying to sleep at least (other teethers are too bulky). Perfect for that in between stage when you're trying to get them down, otherwise, not so much.Also, don't do what my husband did and sit he thing in the freezer on it's backside. The ice will NOT be in the nipple, and the fussy baby will NOT be happy.

This ice pacifier was wonderful when my son was teething. It suits his gums and was easy to hold because it was just like a real pacifier. The only downfall is does Mount Fairlee quickly so you need to buy the refills which are sold separate?

This is a great option to help your poor, teething baby. You just fill the pacifier with water, place in the freezer, and then you have frozen binky to soothe their little gums. The size of the pacifier is good, easy to fill, and easy to clean. My only negative with the product is it’s not very easy to hold for my kids. My son and daughter had trouble placing this is their mouths themselves. My husband and I had to hold it in place at times so it wouldn’t fall out, because my son or daughter wouldn’t be able to use on their own.

My daughter liked it but it lasted less than 10 minutes, not worth it for $10 a piece in my opinion. If they were cheaper and sold in packs so you could switch off that would be better.

I purchased this for a friend with a teething baby - I actually purchased several different options. This Nippi was the one the baby chose as her favorite. I also made separate purchase of a 'refill' tray that matches this teether and Mom reports it works perfectly. She highly recommends it. Soothing, effective and safer. I BROUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR MY NIECE, AND SHE LOVES IT. IT HELPS HER WITH HER TEETH. WHEN SHE WAS SICK FOR THE FIRST TIME AT FIVE MONTHS HER MOTHER PUT HOLES IN THE NIPPLE, SO THE BABY WOULD STAYED HYDRATED. SHE LIKE IT SO MUCH THAT I BROUGHT HER A SECOND ONE AND THE ICE TRAY TOO. NOTICE THE ICE TRAY ONLY WORKS WITH THE ORIGINAL PACIFIER AND ORTHODONTIC ONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WITH A BABY UNDER 9 MONTHS OLD.
