This is a factory original replacement cartridge for the salt water system. NOT a knockoff imitation. Installs easily, fits correctly, and functions as desired. Each cartridge lasts the expected 4 month time. The 3 pack is a good value and saves money over the course of a year. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

We had issues with the spa, did a lot of trouble shooting, and ultimately called for service on our unit. The service tech looked everything over and concluded that we needed to change the cell. When we told him that it was a new cell, he concluded that it was faulty. He put a new one in and it worked fine. Fast forward four months, we changed the cell and it worked fine. Another four months and time to change the cell again. We have ANOTHER bad cell! So two of the three cells were no good. $300 for a set of three and two of them are faulty. Very disappointing to not be able to remedy this situation. Basically, you get one month to make a return, but how would we have known?

Don't use generic. Your system will love the original. After two years I finally understand what this cartridge does. It monitors and electrically zaps the salt to make chlorine. Just the right amount. No need to ever shock your tub with chlorine.Get a digital salt monitor and pH meter. There are 30 dollar all in one units you just dip in the tub.

The cartridges are all intact. Haven’t used any yet. The packaging was sealed and the items were sent on time.
