I bought this product along with, let’s see, a breast roller/massager, some concentrated cabbage cream, and some herbal tincture designed to reduce clogged ducts (??) sometime between 2am and 4am one morning when I was up with a miserable clogged duct and feeling desperate about it. I kept removing and replacing this in my cart. I had little faith that it could help with the (significantly not-right-on-the-surface-of-my-skin) clogged duct complex, but then I decided that because I was very miserable and not sleeping, and because I rather like paper face masks in this style, I would get this and try it out because it might feel comforting. I cut the mask so that I could put it just on the affected area that was bothering me (and have more applications from my purchase). It felt cooling and comforting upon initial application, as I had expected. It actually made a difference, though, too. That rather surprised me. I thought that maybe the decreased discomfort and tenderness after its use was not really related, but I also felt better after the second and third treatments. Now I keep it on hand (and in the fridge, as the packaging suggests), and I like this product a lot. Clogged ducts can feel (and be) somewhat desperate, and I find that this helps. Plus I like its slightly astringent and vegetal but clean scent.

I’m at that interesting stage of postpartum, after the 4th trimester, solids are being introduced and my body is continually adjusting for different changes. This morning, I woke up early with some slight discomfort in my breasts. I was so lucky I had these new Frida Mom Breast Mask for Engorgement to test out! Each packet has 2 sheets (one for each side). I was able to quickly open the package, slip out one of the two masks, and conveniently reseal the packet. It has a similar texture to a face mask, with subtle hints of lavender, jasmine, sage and witch hazel. I was able to find them to fit well, and left them on for 20 minutes while I had a quick breakfast. It is so clean and soothing, I highly recommend it!

Yes! These were a lifesaver! I bought these to help dry out after the birth of my 2nd son in August. I used Cabbage after my first son in 2020 and spelled like sauerkraut for weeks! While that worked too, these masks were sooooo much better and helped just as much without the awful odor!! I will be gifting these to all of my friends!

Not sure why the listing title says these are reusable because they are NOT. They dry out and clearly designed for single use.3 weeks postpartum and discovered feeding my milk was not going to medically work for my child. So painfully engorged, so I started looking for any and everything.These are wet so the cooling of wearing them is lovely, but I'm honestly not sure how much the actual "serum" helps. The cold does help a lot with the pain. I'm less engorged now after 3 masks (every other day), but I'm also not pumping or anything else, so who knows what exactly has done it. The serum is a bit sticky even after rubbed in completely.They're cheap, so worth a try if you're in a lot of pain!

Way easier than having to put cabbage in your bra. Seriously, this is something we have needed for a long time and it is finally here. So soothing and actually works. It is so easy to use and I will forever have these on hand throughout my breastfeeding journey. This is going to be one of my go to's for gift baskets for my new mom friends.

I usually love Frida mom products, but this was a complete miss for me. My boobs has been clogged and uncomfortable for a couple of weeks now. I'm heavily reliant on medication and I decided to stop breastfeeding my baby after a month of poor latching and extreme pain and discomfort from clogged milk ducts. I am very desperate to find any solutions to unclog and have my boobs go back to a sense of normal. This product had a mix of bad and good reviews. I was very fixated on the "reusable" aspect of this product. It's not. It somewhat unclogged small portions of my affected breast, but not completely. I had to use them one after the other and in total had the mask on for 40min, put them back in the bag hoping there would be more juice inside the bag for the mask to absorb and reuse again later. Like those Asian moisturizing face mask. This was not the case, After the first use it had little to no juice left over and my boobs are still clogged. This product is literally a one time use item and for its price, it is absolutely not worth it.

This is awesome! When my breasts got engorged after giving birth both times I used this and it helped a lot! With my first I did not have these so I could tell the difference when I did use it. Reduced the engorgement fairly quickly after use. Recommend having these on hand before giving birth that way once you start to feel engorged you can use it right away!
