I have used the pads, the spray, and the nipple balm. I can’t wait to use the heating pads. But overall this product has been helpful after my pregnancy. I love how it comes with the bag included, will use it for other products as well.

I was on the fence about buying this kit, but it ended up being a worthwhile purchase. The hot and cold breast relief pads and the no-mess nipple balm have been lifesavers, offering comfort when I needed it most. However, I wasn't too impressed with the cooling hydrogel nipple pads as they kept peeling off. Despite that, the kit as a whole has been beneficial for recovery.
