Sticks well. Harder than wetsuit neoprene, but works for what I need.

This is excellent quality foam. I used it to patch a gap of the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door. The only issue is that it would not stick after I had removed the protective sheet. I had to use super glue to get it to stick. For the low price of this foam, I don't mind.
