My teenage son is a high functioning autistic. But he gets stressed out and over stimulated easily. I bought this for him. I was a bit concerned that being a 16 year old young man he would find the plush to be too babyish, but to my surprise he loves his weighted plush. Holding it really helps him through an autistic meltdown. It is soft and the brown color is perfect for boys. The quality is great. I really recommend this product.

I love it but the only thing I would different it is that is only half weighted and the top half is stuffed and I like the stuffed in the head part but it is in the body part to so the only weighted part is in the butt and I was hope it was all weighed in the body and only stuffed in the head and I am still love the design and it really adorable

I love how soft and snuggly this dog is. The weight is a “heavy†5 lbs. It’s good for a bigger kid or adult, but I had bought is for a smaller kiddo. For that reason, I opted to return it and buy a 4 lbs one and that made a big difference for our needs. If it weren’t for that, we would have kept it! My only quirk with it is that the beans/weight don’t stay in the arms/legs, so that could get annoying to keep shifting and shaking them to disperse the weight evenly among the dogs body and extremities

I bought each of these children one of the dogs when our beloved dog passed away. These weighted dog stuffies brought them comfort at night and the weight helps them feel secure and sleep.

Perfect stuffy for your kid who required sensory stimuli of a weighted blanket. You can add additional weights as needed. Easily washable.

I think the design is well done, the weight works perfectly and it's very soft overall solid product and not cheaply made. Only down fall I have found is the way the beads shift around in the paws example: 3 of the legs the beads fills into but one side its all bunched up and makes the weight uneven. Regardless of that very minor issue which can be fixed by readjusting it overall works amazing, and helps calm down and comfort my son! I'd recommend trying it out and do not regret buying this!
