We don’t think much about these things until it is time for a change. What matters is does it fit and does it work. Yes it did and it most certainly works. It does the job it was designed to do. Just open and insert into refrigerator filter slot. It fit perfectly. that simple. Be sure to mark on it, the month it was changed. I also wrote on mine when it was due to be replaced.
