Although there are several customizable slots to insert screws, this frame does not work 100% for the 2021 Nissan Titan. The front license plate needs to be installed on the bumper to avoid compromising the front sensors. The Titan bumper has a slant. Therefore, the Nissan specific bracket is necessary to avoid the license plate from angling downward. This plate holder works in a pinch, but as installed with only two screws to the bumper, it is still very wiggly. I will be unfortunately purchasing a different plate holder.

Having a pathfinder the OEM front license bracket only allows for the top part of license plate to be attached. When running through car wash plate would bend. This completely solved the problem. I attached on top of the OEM bracket ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
