Shock absorption buffer block
Limit protection:
When the suspension system is severely compressed, the buffer block is compressed to prevent excessive compression of the spring or shock absorber, which may cause direct collision of metal components (control arm, frame) and avoid mechanical damage.
Absorbing impact: dispersing road impact force through elastic deformation, reducing vibration transmitted to the vehicle body, and improving ride comfort.
Dust prevention and sealing: Some buffer blocks integrate dust cover function to protect the shock absorber piston rod from erosion by mud, water vapor.
Function

The porous structure inside gives it a certain degree of breathability, which helps with heat dissipation and reduces performance degradation caused by temperature rise. It also has good oil resistance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Maintenance suggestions
Check the status of the buffer block every 2 years or 40000 kilometers, and replace it promptly if cracks or collapses are found.
When replacing the buffer block, priority should be given to using polyurethane material to enhance durability.
