How to Use The Gas Siphon Pump
1. The arrow on the rubber bulb indicates a flow direction;
2. Out the longer pipe into fuel tank;
3. Put the shorter pipe into oil holder;
4.Use the hand fuel pump,it would start siphon flow soon;
5.Please let the export hose goes down freely. Do not hold the export hose with your hand.
Note:
1. The liquid you want to remove must be HIGHER than the barrel that flows into it.
2. When you insert the accessory end into the container (pumping water from it), you must keep it inside the container, not just on the surface.
3. Not suitable for drinking water, salt water and any chemical liquids.
4.This product cannot be exposed to the sun, or transmit hot liquids.

The first pic is the new fuel line I bought in 8/24. The second is fuel line that failed today on 9/2/24, a prior recent purchase.Look at the dry rot around the area that failed. Also the bulb seems to be dry rotting.Imagine that I was out in the middle of the ocean. I just lit up a cigar and was about to head home after a great day of fishing. I pump the fuel line to get ready to start my outboard. Surprised that fuel sprayed all over, my cigar drops from my mouth and the whole stern area of the boat lights on fire. —Actually none of the ocean fishing part of the story is true but it could have been.This was the highest rated fuel line in Amazon. When OEM fuel lines fail after many years, they leave particles that contaminate fuel. In a lifetime of boating, I’ve NEVER had a line separate like this.If this were an American product, a massive recall effort would be in order.When you read Amazon reviews, be aware that they are almost all written just as the buyer opens the package. This failure happened over a year after purchase.My one review is more important to you than all the ones sent in just after purchase. Good luck fellow boater.

The fuel pump bulb in this kit has not held up well and is dry rotting in a enclosed compartment using pure marine gasoline. Also the slip in spring hose connectors on the pump pull out easily, especially in a emergency if pulled at all. Needs some improvements.
