Bought this to replace stock switch on a '01 drz400e. Works great! Personal thoughts below..For what it's worth, it's considerably smaller than stock switch. The filters for the 'on' and 'res' are also much shorter than stock. If you find you have to switch to reserve, get to a gas station ASAP. Also had to cut a longer length of fuel line to make it to the carb. Other than that, bolted right up and worked perfectly out of the package. Would recommend.

hhmmmm.......this is a tough one. Initially the item leaked where it attaches to the fuel tank. I mounted it & removed it, cleaned everything off and tried to mount it again...still leaks. So I tried i1 more time...and it still leaked. I even tried to attach it using 1/4 turns of the bolts from when it was finger tight. One-Quarter turn....leaks.....1/4 turn again....still leaking. Again and again with the same result. I did this all the way until the bolts were set at the proper torque value set by SUZUKI....still leaking! I processed a return, but changed my mind. I wanted to try 1 more thing & cut out an additional gasket. Then I added that gasket to the one sent to me, and now the leaks finally stopped.
