Fit my tank perfectly and the included grommets worked great. No fuel leaking or smell. If you're replacing an XJ fuel tank, do yourself a favor and buy these. These will be a huge time saver. Great value for the money.

Swapped out for another part that was less than 2 years old. So far so good. Reasonable quality of materials, fair price. Install was straight forward and I noticed an immediate improvement. I would purchase again if needed.

If you're like me and broke the rollover valve on your tj jeep (mine is 04) and keep being told you need a new tank, try this. I broke the nipple off entirely after having to drop the tank multiple times as my used replacement I had laying around ended up developing a leak while sitting and I thought it was the fitting.. anyway, I thought they'd have a dorman "help" line or a two piece screw in replacement and so I had stupidly broken out the original before realizing I was screwing myself. After ordering a few different ones from Amazon this one fit snugly

One way valve that does exactly as it says. The issue is that it allows pressure to build inside the tank, by it's very nature. That's been a massive problem for me as I'm not burning fuel 24/7 so as the fuel evaporates due to both heat fluctuations and gasoline's natural evaporation rate, tank pressure builds and I'm my case started pushing fuel out around the seals.I run a straight open vent line now.
