In our medical office we have had this scanner for 8 years, scanning several years of charts and other paperwork allowing for electronic access. The original scanner we purchased in May of 2014 has not had any issues and has scanned more than 24 years of paperwork and patient charts. It is still running and works just as perfect as the day it was purchased.We purchased a second scanner in March of 2022 to be able to speed up the process of scanning important documents for the business from several years ago that need a digital back up. This scanner comes with its own software for scanning and in 4 hours I can scan 2000 pages easily.We looked into purchasing other brands of scanners, but the Fujitsu brand is trusted and lasts, so that was the reason stayed with this brand.If you are looking for a business scanner that will be efficient and last for years, this is your product. Do not hesitate to purchase as the price is phenomenal.The setting is a busy medical office that scans everything.

Great purchase. I looked online and this was shipping from the USA and had good reviews as a seller so I felt more comfortable with the purchase. Works like it should.

Was having a hard time locating this model (which we love). Bought 5 of these despite having some concerns over their listing. All 5 came with the wrong USB cable (USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0) and replacement power adapters. The scanners appear new but at a minimum are are old stock (Sept 2020). So far they seem to work OK, but when I buy a "new" item, I expect the right cables to hook it up and not aftermarket power supplies. Should be listed in the advertisement if that is the case.

I didn’t need this immediately so I had it in the corner of my office for a month or two before I opened the box. When I went to install it, it was missing the cord that hooks it to the computer.

Ho utilizzato per diversi anni, in ufficio, il medesimo modello e posso affermare che si tratta di uno scanner robusto, veloce e affidabile. Anche la manutenzione (dipendente dal numero di pagine scansionate) è abbastanza ridotta se non del tutto assente nei casi di uso moderato. Il software di gestione è potente, versatile, completo ed estremamente configurabile. Gli inceppamenti o gli errori di caricamento sono assai rari (dipende sempre e comunque dal tipo di carta). È indubbiamente un prodotto pensato per l'uso professionale e per grandi volumi. Amazon impeccabile come sempre: spedizione, consegna e imballaggio.

Excellente machine.Obligation de transparent pour numériser un A3 replié alors que chez Canon un simple levier permet de faire tourner les rouleaux dans un seul sens pour passer directement ce type de document.La vitesse de 60 feuilles (donc 120 pages) par minute semble respectée.Pour le moment, hormis les oublis d'agrafes, presque aucun bourrage malgré des dizaines de milliers de documents préalablement pliés qui parfois passaient mal avec le Canon. La différence est incroyable. Donc un énorme gain de temps. Et ceci avec très peu d'entretien.La qualité du scan est très bonne pour des documents en 150 ppp en NB, même pour des documents peu contrastés.La qualité est très correcte pour des photos couleur en 300 ppp, avec un débit très rapide!En revanche installation assez longue, pas de notice imprimée: il faut chercher les différentes notices sur le CD, il n'y a pas de notice simplifiée sérieuse sur la manière d'utiliser rapidement et simplement le scanner. Je regrette l'absence de bouton photocopie.Le nouveau logiciel Paperstream clic scan est très pratique.J'ai dû changer une fois les rouleaux après plusieurs dizaines de milliers de scans, les rouleaux compatibles en apparence identiques ne sont pas aussi parfaits et prennent parfois deux feuilles à la fois...

Es perffecta... tenÃa dudas proque la configuración del paperstream no es fácil. Viene los básico para escaneari, pero por ejemplo un DNI no sabÃa como hacerlo. Desués de llamar al departamento técnico de futjitso me ayudaron muchisimo el cómo hacerlo y ahora sà que le saco todo el rendimeinto posible. Muy bien.
