These are good for working out -- very sticky on weight bars. I usually wear a size large, but I wanted them tight so they wouldn't slip. I ordered a medium pair and they fit just fine.

First of all, the webbing spaces are correct and curves with the hand, and is not the generic fit of one fit for all hands, where the webbing between the fingers go straight across in a line so that the webbing between the pinky and ring finger is really saggy.The finger length and hand length fit perfectly on my hand. However, fitting around the fingers progressively loosens as it works its way up from the finger nails up to the web spacing. The amount of material in the back of the palm is just right, but the amount of material for the palm area is just a tad loose. Overall, the fitting is very good. I am glad the fitting is not constrictive.
