UPDATE: We bought a second one in hopes that the last leak was a fluke, but it was leaking when we got back from vacation. We bought the new pool on July 7th, set up up on July 15th, went on vacation on the July 22nd and got back on August 3rd. We suspected a leak with how low the water was, but couldn't tell if was a leak or the sprinklers. I thought I sent the company a message, but it doesn't look like I hit the send button. Reached out to them again around the 12th to 14th of August and they said we were past our 30 day window and they couldn't help me. They gave me a number for the polygroup, so I called them. by this time we stopped filling the pool with water and it is becomeing scummy because we can't run the filter with the water level. They instructed me to drain the pool down to two inches and put food coloring in to locate the leak. I did that, but can't find the leak, so I sent them pics of the failed attempt. It isn't good enough. They're asking me to do it again. What a disaster. I've put more hours in with them than I put into enjoying the pool. We will never buy again and I am reporting this business to the better business bureau.We bought this 16’ pool last year. It didn’t have any reviews, but we were hopeful. It was delivered quickly, we prepped the ground and the set up was easy. We LOVED our pool for the entire summer. In September 2023 we read the instructions on how to drain, clean, dry, powder, dismantle and store for winter. We stored it in our clean, dry garage. We set it up again just this past week and it appears to be leaking quite a bit. We can’t detect the hole (or holes) and it’s leaking about 6†of water per day. When we reached out to the seller to see about detection, warranty or assistance their only response was “we see you purchased this pool in April of 2023, it is past the 30 day return periodâ€. Clearly not a person responding, or a person that didn’t even read my message.

This pool is replacing a bigger pool that was damaged in a storm. It was fairly easy to put together and didn’t take any extreme amount of time to assemble. We bought it for our 4 grandkids and it is the perfect size for them at the age they are. It is a good pool for the price.

la alberca muy bien buena calidad pero no llego el paño de piso ni el kit de mantenimiento de lujo.que se describe en la descripción del producto. de lo contrario calificarÃa con 5 estrellas.Ojala el vendedor me diera una respuesta al pedido incompleto.
