I am definitely one of those people who isn’t very passionate about reviewing products unless it was a total fail of a product but I need to praise this.I have a pit/lab mix who is an awful shedder. I love him but I was constantly covered and my bed had to be washed every few days because of the amount of fur. It was getting unbearable, we switched his food and gave him vitamins but nothing worked. I was embarrassed having company over, I would offer a lint roller on their way out.One use of the furminator and I am profoundly shocked. I mean almost 0 shedding in the house. He sleeps on my bed every night and while reviewing this on it I see 2 dog hairs. Before it was a thick coat of hair in the morning.If you have a dog that sheds, this will literally change your quality of life with your pet. Bonus is that my dog loves the way it feels, he hates his regular brush but it must feel good for the animal because he just pops a squat at my feet while I go at it for an hour, once per week.Best thing ever, go get one.

This thing is great. The first time I used it on my 13 pound little chiweenie, Sadie, I got enough hair off of her for 2 other dogs.

I have yet to be able to use this on my pup (I will be getting her this coming week) when we got the package we weren't expecting the free nail clippers which was pretty awesome and overall was pleased with what we had got (: got here in a timely manner and came with what it said it would come with even got a cool clipper protection.

Having 4 dogs and 3 cats is a huge challenge when shedding begins. I needed something that could get the job done it a shorter time and The Furminator was the answer. One must be careful as not to brush the same area too much as it caused balding. I recommend order a variety of sizes and other Furminator tools to use at different times of the year.

Would be easier to use if Mini Aussie puppy would stop trying to bite. Easy to clean and works well. Need a puppy distraction to make brushing easier.
