The best price and 2 days later I had it heating the house again. Amazon shipping is awesome! This up draft blower may look a little different but works the best. Installed in 20 minutes with common tools.

The motor assembly was extremely well packaged (double boxed), and included protection for the motor's power terminals.Shipping was fast - 48 hours from Lansing, MI to central Ohio. The assembly fit perfectly into the furnace and included a ceramic fiber seal.

My old original black exhaust blower motor kept needing oiling which was easy enough If I got a few drops in the right area on the motor shaft before and after the armature. But it's hard to get it there and it got to a point where I had to oil it every month or it would freeze up so the furnace wouldn't come on.This silver replacement does have a fragile plastic end hand spin fan wheel that one has to be careful with during installation. At first I thought I had the wrong one because my original blower has a diamond back mounting plate as part of it and this one does not. However this one's 4 holes did match and screws mount in the same location. But this new motor does not have wires coming out of it like my original, instead it has 2 male large spades. So I cut my old motor 2 wires, leaving about 1 1/2". I then striped the ends and added a female spade connector to the 2 long wires to connect to the new motor male spades.I also added 2 male spades to my old motor so I could easily connect it in place of the new one if ever needed.Otherwise the new blower is fully assembled and includes good quality peel and stick 3m silicone weather stripping that must be installed. My old blower had a black rubber caulking. I used a razor blade scraper to remove the old caulking and any rust and sand paper. Then rubbing alcohol on a rag.I used a flat punch and hammer to flatten/tighten the 4 screw holes ridges that are on the heat exchanger box so the screws would grip well.I found the new 3m weatherstripping can bend in a circle when the wax paper is removed. So I stuck it to the heat exchanger box surface making a circle, around the perimeter of the round hole. There was so much that I then did another larger circle next to the smaller circle I just did creating a double wide seal. Then I mounted the blower to this surface.Careful the exhaust rectangle to round duct connector to the blower on your furnace is a fragile plastic so do not over stress or over tighten it's screws.Be sure to zip or twist tie the wires and hose to the motor frame for the vacuum sensor that pass by the spinning wheel so they don’t touch and get worn through. This replacement is very quiet compared to my original and I'm hoping it has bearings that will last a long time will tell. Now I've got my old one as a backup if ever needed.Take care!

Seems to be working well.My only complaint would be that the nipple for the hose to the pressure switch is the next size larger than the original was as well as being larger than my new pressure switch. So the two nipples are different sizes. My new hose was flexible enough to stretch over the larger of the two, but I am a little worried that the hose will fail prematurely due to the stress of being stretched to fit. Both parts were listed as the direct replacements for my original parts.

I do heating and air repair, and this was exactly what I would have gotten from my wholesale dealer, but at a cheaper price, and you can't beat that!

Would have given it a 5 had it not been for the flimsy plastic holding the wire terminals. One was broke loose completely but the wire was not broken. The other terminal area was cracked. I was able to epoxy both back in place rather than return it. It appeared that the cardboard support inside the box was against the terminals and with minimal movement caused the problem..Of course I'm sure it was handled gently throughout its journey here!
