I ordered from another seller two times and over a week it never arrived so I talked to a live agent who told me that seller was out of stock so praying that the weather didn’t drop I ordered this pair that was next day and it arrived on time and works well so far , I’m not a hvac tech but just noticed that the older switch had lost its “spring “ when checking for loose connections it seemed to have a short and one of the connector broke off but be very careful and turn off the breaker because you can make a big spark!! Good luck!
