This was an easy and straightforward install in the baby room. Can't speak to how well it will hold a dresser from falling (and hope I wont have to), but it seems pretty sturdy/secure. The length of the cord is nice. We are happy with this and of course with the added security that the dresser will stay in place.

This furniture anchor is a necessary and easy way to baby proof your home. I used this for a bookshelf to ensure that as my little one grows that she will not be able to pull it over on herself and get hurt. The anchor is well made and feels sturdy. It was easy to install.
