I am using these on an old freezer and its really made a difference to keep the door sealed.I suggest using several of them, top of door and several down the side.

This baby cabinet lock have 2 steps to unlock the baby proof, twisting and pinching, so for now it works as it should be. As long as your little ones get older, they become smarter for sure, so it's like never ending war between you and baby, who doesn't truly know their parents actually want to protect them. For now we're trying them to see if they're truly effective (so far so good with the products) and looking forward to seeing them lasting a little longer than we expect.

I use this on the toilets to keep baby out. It gets the job done. These child locks are very easy to install (just peel off the plastic backing and adhere to your desired surface) and use. They are complicated enough to keep infants and toddlers out, while still being simple enough for older kids to operate. These child safety locks are not intended to secure dangerous items, nor should they be, but more as a deterrent for littles who don’t quite understand what is safe or unsafe. We are using these locks to secure fish food and supplies, so we needed it to be useable for a 6yo, but not so simple a 2yo could get into it. These were perfect in that regard because a 2yo just doesn’t have the dexterity to operate the turning knob and latch. The length of these is a bit long, but makes for easy application around corners. We’ve had no issues with the adhesive peeling even after a month.

Installation was easy. There are better designs that open easier and that swivel out of the way when not in use.

I ordered these to use when children visit. As I don’t have children, I removed when the visitors left, but added to the piece of mind while they were here.

These child safety locks are easy to set up and great for fridges or cabinets. They're not the easiest to use, but the press-down and dial motion is smooth and child-proof. Clean the surface with an alcohol wipe to maximize adhesiveness. A great way to childproof the fridge and cabinet!
