I was a little concerned about buying these without holding them or smelling them ahead of time, but I bought them during the Corona Virus pandemic, so I had no choice, right? Couldn't find hand weights anywhere except online.These are great. No weird smell, no knicks, no tears and they feel good in my hand. Very pleased.

These work well and the material they are covered in makes them easy to grasp. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the edges of the weights were slightly worn as if rubbed against something or used before the shipping.

I fractured my proximal humérus in 4 places and part of my rehabilitation was eventually to lift some weights. The first 8 mths i didn't use any weights, then the next 5 i used 1 lb weights and now in month 14 i started with the 2 lbs weights and they are the perfect transition for me. i will use them for about 4 mths then go to a 3 lb weight and so forth.
