I've been using this equipment for about a year now. You get a lot of quality equipment for a reasonable price. I use my equipment 2-3x week and it's showing no signs of wear and tear after a year.

Since purchasing this set my leg day went from boring to fire. The barbell pad is exactly what I needed for not only squats but for hip thrusts. No more sore hip bones. The bands are great for stabilizing my knees when doing RDL's and Kickbacks. My gym does not offer ankle bands for cable machines so purchasing these has really improved my glute workout. Everything fits in the bag nicely and I love all the color options.

I was a little worried after reading reviews about people not receiving every piece and being substituted for other pieces, but I got exactly what I ordered. I have tried out all the equipment in the gym and am very happy. the barbell pad however is quite dense so you may have to use additional padding. the ankle straps are perfect and the same with the wrist straps although if you have quite small wrists they may be a little big, but you don't notice it while lifting. the bands that come with it are also great quality yet don't stretch that much. overall would highly recommend it.

In my gym sometimes these accessories go missing or are not always available. I am glad I made the purchase as o get the most out of my gym sessions!
