After purchasing an All American Pressue Canner at an auction I realized I needed another rack to be able to stack pint jars in 2 layers. This order contained 2 of them. They are stainless steel. Not heavy at all, they will bend fairly easily but are just what I needed .

What a great find. With these you can definitely double your canning abilities. I was canning a lot of venison stock and had wanted to can some in pints and with these I can do that and utilize the whole canner instead of having just a half full one. They store flat and clean a treat. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to make the most of a canning run.

I like that I do not have to replace a rubber seal.
