It's a bit weighty but is really comfortable. I not only use for sitting on it while meditating but I use it as a head pillow while lying on my back when teaching my Yoga and Pilates classes.

This cushion is firm yet quite comfortable. It's a decent height too which helps take pressure off my knees and ankles. You can add or remove the filling material to suit your comfort level, I left mine full as I prefer the firmness it gives. I bought mine in the color teal which in reality isn't nearly as deep or bright as the pictures shown but it's still a nice shade. It's also nice that the cover is removeable for washing.

While this is a meditation pillow, it can be used for so much more!Initially purchased to go with the matching zafu I have, which sits beneath, and this is honestly one of the most comfortable things my husband and I have sat on. I use it for meditation, we both have used it to sit when we sit on the floor, works well as a foot rest or even a comfortable pillow. I have noticed them when I sit cross legged on this, compared to other things, I get less of my legs "falling asleep" when I sit for long periods.The outside cover/sheath is easily removable for washing, so it's not hard to keep it clean; also easily spot cleaned with a rag. Definitely a 10/10 product for comfort and multi-use.

I like this cushion but it doesn’t have a micro suede cover like the first one I bought. Its a cotton cover. The description should be updated.

These are awesome. Very good quality and they look great. We have used them in our meditation group for 2 years. We have the blue, purple, and black. Very satisfied. They have a zipper that goes around the edge on one side to have access to add or subtract buckwheat shells. We’ve never seen any shells come out from sitting on them or tossing them around for storage.

Would highly recommend these zafus. We opted for these over cheaper options and don't regret it at all. They're full of buckwheat and you can easily remove some if it's too full for your liking. Overall these are comfortable, a good size, and seem high quality.
