I love this foam roller. It is a nice affordable option for those of you who don't want to break the bank and it is effective. We use it almost daily and have for months. It has held up really well and is easy to clean. I use it to pop my back, relax tension, and massage knots that I wouldn't be able to reach otherwise.

Whoa. This is rock hard. I didn't expect that, so it doesn't work for me. However, I ordered a different brand (yes 4 all) that was supposed to be soft-density and it was just as hard as this one, but with sharp edges and very rough ends. This Gaiam is far superior if you are in the market for a hard roller.

My son wanted this for his back. It appears to be sturdy and works well for its intended use. He uses it regularly.

My PT recommended a foam roller for my torso & back exercises. I've had this foam roller for about 1.5 years now and it works great. The foam is pretty dense so initially, it was uncomfortable to do my stretches. Over time, I've either gotten used to it the foam density or the foam roller is working and I've become more flexible with less muscle tension. The foam roller has held up well & pretty much looks brand new after 1.5 years!I would recommend! Hope this review helps.

Bastante firme, de buen tamaño y precio, comparado con otros que encontré que eran muy pequeños, o algunos del mismo tamaño que costaban el triple. Ideal para estirar la espalda, recomiendo ver tutoriales en la web para saber cómo usarlo de mejor manera!
