Love these yoga bricks. They are foam and pretty stable although it would be nice if they were a bit heavier to help with stability when they are standing.

So it didn’t work for the purposes of my invention, which was SUPPORT a small piece of low profile fascia targeting device for the upper back and mid back and shoulders. But it seems like a nice yoga block. I don’t usually use yoga blocks and don’t practice yoga so I can’t comment any further than that.

At the outset, I'm not using this for yoga. Rather, I'm rehabbing/strengthening a bad knee while standing at my standing desk. I stand on the brick with one leg, balancing. It's just soft enough give that it acts to help engage/strengthen the smaller, stabilizing muscles in my knee joint. I tried other brick that were too firm; this one has just enough 'give.'

I love the colour and was looking for a smaller block that would not over elevate me during some poses, like under my back as I am under 5'5 and don't like the 'one size fits all' blocks. It's exactly perfect for that purpose.
