These are easy to assemble and look really cool, imo! The pieces are solid/sturdy. The black wood that the candle plate is screwed onto is not painted black on the sides, only the top. This detail is depicted in the pics online but I didn't notice it. However, in real life it looked odd, like they forgot to paint the sides! No problem, I had some black crafters paint and fixed that in minutes.

So yes, nice accent piece for the price. A few things to note…the outside frame of the candle holder is black with subtle gold tones. It doesn’t look bad but my taste is more black matte so I’ll paint at some point. The screw holes to add the round circular accent were TOO BIG and the screws literally fell out so I had to make new holes (or find a larger screw). Easy to hang and will need to paint silver screws that show where mounted on the wall (to match the black frame).

These are made well. Nice size and look good. I painted the washer where it hangs from to match the wall. Just a tad less obtrusive.
