Absolutely amazing light. My toddler loves the night sky and this helps when you live in the city. It came with beautiful displays to teach my child different astrological views.

Clarity is good, quite. While turning images gives very slight jerk. For this type of projctor I'm happy with it. I find the price to be a bit high for it.

This is the 2nd one of these I got- because it is so awesome- the projected discs are clear, crisp, detailed- they rotate if wanted.. it’s very durable.. just a fantastic projector- highly recommended above others similarly priced.

The item is basically round and it was packed in a square box with a thin strip of foam on the top and bottom. No side protection. I would say the risk of shipping damage is high.Material Quality:The device is mostly plastic. The plastic is not particularly thick so it doesn’t inspire me to think it’s the most robust material.Assembly/Build Quality:The item is very light weight. It feels a bit cheap. I do not think it would survive a fall off of a table. In fact, the first one I ordered came broke. I could hear something rattling even before I opened the package. When I did take it out of the package I could clearly hear that something was loose inside the globe and rattling around freely. The projector still worked but it would not rotate, so I assume a plastic gear lost a tooth or something. To be fair to the seller, I did request a replacement and they sent one and it worked fine.Marketing Material:The images posted with this listing (at the time of this review) represent the product well in terms of h ow it looks. The item you see is the item you get. How the product works however is a different story. The images posted with this listing show some cool space scenes and the images with the scene projected on the wall shows it covering the whole wall. This is absolutely not the case in real life.Functionality:This device is basically a mini slide projector that rotates. You can load a specific slide in it and aim it where you want it to project and turn it on. It is very hard to see the detail in all but the darkest room. Also, and this is the biggest issue I have with it is that you expect it to project this grand space scene like in the pictures, but in reality you get a big round circle of light with a space scene in it. The circular edges are painfully visible. You have to really get it very far away from the ceiling or wall and even still you can see the round edges of the projection. I have 11 foot ceilings and if I put it on the floor it almost covers the whole room ceiling. If you have it on a table top or dresser or something forget it. You will see the edge of the projection clear as day. It really breaks any illusion of being in a space scene, shatters the illusion in fact. There are a few down sides to this item but I could forgive them all but this one. I expected the projection to cover a large area. At least a single wall or the ceiling. But it does not. Not even close. As I mentioned, I have 11 foot ceilings and if I have it on my desk which is 29 inches off the ground it covers a diameter of about 8 feet on my ceiling. So if you have a standard bedroom size of like 12x14 feet it will project onto an area that’s maybe twice as big as your ceiling fan. If I put it on my floor it gets closer to covering the whole ceiling but still is just a big giant circle on the ceiling. This is with 11 foot ceilings. If you have the standard ceiling of 8 feet you might have a circle projection the size of your ceiling fan. It’s very disappointing. Lastly, it does not have any internal battery so you have to plug it in. It takes a USB C cable and comes with a 3 foot cable so powering it is a complete pain.Price:This item is listed (at the time of this review) for $38.99 sale price ($49.99 actual price). Honestly, the sale price is far too much for this. Absolutely no way I would pay 50 bucks for this thing. Maybe if it had an internal battery I might spend $30 for it, but the joke of a 3 foot usb cable it comes with does not justify a $50 price tag. .Likes:I like that there are several slides that come with it to give a variety of images to project, though many of them are very similar.Dislikes:The projection size, the lack of a battery or a decently long power cable, the price… need I go on.Overall:I just cannot recommend this product for all of the aforementioned issues. The price is far too much for what you actually get. The limitations of the device ruin what would otherwise be a very nice effect. The item itself is not very solid or robust, so its lifespan is probably not going to be very long. I give an extra star for the seller fixing the issue with the broken one I received in a timely manner, but this product is just too lacking to recommend.

Not worth more than $15-$19 maximum.Images are not bright. Images are dull. Does not play sounds or music. It only rotates. Im okay with the rotation speed, its almost not visual unless you really stare at it. The size is miniture. Very cute. Easy to pack for kids spending the night at gramas.

My husband saw an ad for this and said he'd like it. My first response was rolling my eyes at him, but it was relatively inexpensive. We got it fast. I didn't read the instructions and hit the buttons at first, so probably hit the four hour timer button. Anyway, with all the lights off, and our eyes shut, the stars or galaxies on the ceiling aren't too bright and sometime during the night, it turns off.I change it every night to another view of night sky. Last night there was a black hole, surrounded by gallaxies. Very cool.

I bought this for my 11 year old grandson and he loves it. It has several discs to interchange and shines really pretty on the walls and ceiling. It’s a reasonable price and a great present

My granddaughter loves it and falls asleep to it at night so I do recommend it however it's not as clear on the ceiling and walls as I thought it would be but it's pretty cool I would still buy it.

This has been a wonderful addition to our TV room. Kids can love it.
