My pipe is 4.5 inch PVC so I was hoping the hole was 4 in and would expand to 4.5. Old water heater had a 5 inch pipe so my roof jack is 5 inch. So I have 1/4 inch space between the pipe n jack. Just what this baby is made for…

Did not have the flexibility that I sought and the internal opening was not the measurement that I thought it would be probably better for an installation with a smaller pipe

So very hard to tighten...never got it done...does not clamp down to a 4" pipe

Very sturdy and rigid but too small. I have double wall 4 inch pipe...maybe this is meant for single wall pipe...either way they should specify. Will have to return it and lose my shipping costs..boo hoo.
