Was upset, 1st chair received broke, but seller responded promptly and was more than willing to resend a new chair replacement. That was over a year ago and it's still in great condition!

These chairs are easy to assemble - I had to wait because they did not all ship together. The original price was great but when the shipping costs are applied the chairs are way more expensive than the "deal" you think you are getting. They are, however, comfortable for my office/craft chairs.++One of my chairs was missing a screw and the company did not contact me about my problem - I am hoping that it stands up anyway -- I had a class and just needed the chair so I couldn't and didn't want to send back/reassemble after I had finished.Overall, I really like the chairs but you should actually expect to pay about $100 each (I ordered 3)
