Parts are loser than I like. The arm bar nutcerts spin in the plastic which makes are to get them truely tight. This chair made be realize why quality office chairs cost so much.

good looking chair and great price. definitely not for anyone over 150 lbs. the leather is too thin. great as starter chair for a teen under 150lbs

If I could give this negative stars I would.This chair is packaged nicely, and would appear to be excellent. However as soon as you start looking at the pieces you understand how terrible this chair is. The predrilled holes for the screws were misalligned, there was so much foam covering the holes that I had to cut around them. The legs snap on to the wheel assembly, but they aren’t connected via any fastener. The arms had extra plastic residue on the holes, which I had to remove.Honestly, please save your money this piece of trash isn’t worth 1 dollar

The instructions for this chair are absolutely terrible. The instructions are so small that it’s blurry and you can’t read what to do. Unable to install the foot rest because of this. Definitely recommend purchasing from someone else

Only came with the bottom seat the back rest and the arm rests worst money I’ve ever spent how hard is it to put the rest of the chair in the box
