We could not find these locally, looked on Amazon - there they were and they were deliveredto our home.Yes these are a staple with us as they are more accurate and useful. The Gold Gun pellets seemto fire smoother and have a longer range.Again Thank you Amazon

I was using the Crossman Destroyer pellets but wanted to get away from using lead around my house.Primary use is for diminishing the squirrel population that devours the garden and rips up my outdoor furniture.The Destroyers were good, but I just shot this morning with the Gold PBA Raptors and a few things I noticed.1) Snug Fit - the pellet sits firm in the barrel. I found that other pellets felt like they were looser in the chamber and these fit perfect and snug.2) Clearly Directional - I found that the hollow tip pellets were harder to tell which end was front when moving quickly and reloading. I had accidentally loaded some backwards and I am a pretty careful person. Not with these Raptors, they are very easy to put in the right direction every time, even quickly on a single load profile.3) Velocity - I did not measure the fps, but these seem to make a light 'crack' sound when they come out and definitely hit target.Not the cheapest pellets, but for lead-free accurate rodent management, I think they are great.

absolute must have for small pest control, saved my life just this morning from a massive centipede. Cant say the same for my drywall, but hey thats a trade i'm willing to make!

Th is GAMO product is a surprise to me, as I bought them just for the novelty of just having them to shoot! That might sound esoteric, but believe me these tiny little .177" caliber pellets are the stuff for PBA ammo overall! I found that they shot *decently* in my new Air Arms 10-shot repeater 510S FAC Extra Superlight Rifle, really well in my Benjamin Regal Nitro Piston powered rifle, and the best of all in my oldest air gun I own. That they would shoot so well with an older model #1377 pistol is amazing, but that is my report.The pellets are consistently shaped, covered with PBA Gold of some sort (says 24K on the package, but I doubt it), and they are extremely uniform and exact in their cutting and execution at production. To say that they do NOT leave lead in the chamber and rifle barrel/pistol barrel is an understatement! I found that they literally *cleaned the barrels* of my 177-Cal air guns, in the extreme. Clean-up with any of the rifles or pistol was a snatch with this pellet, and beyond that I found a coating of something "gold" colored in the rifle barrels especially.Accuracy was surprisingly good for a hypersonic round, (in my Air Arms rifle specifically), as in the round needed ja better barrel to shoot from to really appreciate its effects. Anyway, I rated this gold pellet highly because it performs better than you'd think a pellet like this would do in a fast air gun. There is probably a better gold pellet out there somewhere but I can't imagine one better than these are.Wavey Davey - 8-31-2013

FYI, Only my opinion - I purchased for speed and sacrificed a little bit of accuracy. I am taking care of tree rat varmints in our garden and chicken zone. These pellets are not quite as accurate as I expected. It may be the scope on the GAMO pellet rifle, which I did have a harder time zeroing but either way once zeroed satisfactorily, I was still missing right by an inch or more AT TIMES. I shoot enough to be confident when I pull the trigger with live .22, 9mm, .25-06, and .270 ammo. We can all use the practice, but I think that are ammo differentials due to the softer metal, gold pellets. They didn't always fit the barrel as tight as i thought they should.

First time using these and they took my 1200 FPS to supersonic heights. I cannot believe how much louder my gun is shooting these bad boys. Night/day difference because they seat firmly with no air gaps and they are very accurate. Lead free is a bigger plus because o am currently at war with the squirrels on my property destroying all our vegetable gardens this year.

Je suis depuis plusieurs année au grade de maitre tireur au civil et auparavant j'étais tireur d'élite au nivaux militaire. Je peux affirmer que les projectiles raptor gold sorte vraiment a une vitesse plus élevée que les plombs de chasse . Cependant les plombs dérivent tous vers la droite ce qui rends impossible un ajustement effectif sur plusieurs distances. Si quelqu un ajuste sa lunette pour 45 pieds alors a 80 pieds votre ajustement n est plus bon totalement hors cible vers la droite. Seul point positif, c'est amusant d'entendre le bang supersonic en tirant avec une arme a air comprimé.
