Installation Steps and Precautions
Clean The Bottom Of The Door
Remove the old garage door bottom seal and clean the dirt and corrosion on the garage door bottom seal track.
Align The Track And Secure
Put the track snug against the bottom of the door, secure the track with tape, and install the track with screws. (No pre-drilling required)
Install The Garage Door Seal
It is recommended to lubricate the garage door seal with soapy water and then feed the T end of the rubber into the track with your fingers.
Garage Door Fits Tightly
After installing the seal, before closing the garage door, (always readjust the door stop), make sure there are no gaps or gaps

Worked great! Not as hard as some say sprayed some WD40 on the track and went in quite easy I would suggest 2 people however

will not fit gap completely if concrete floor has a slight taper for drainage to the center. Not bad, but all I wanted was to have leaves, snow and mice blocked. Seems to be working with leaves and mice so far but no snow yet to see results. as for as durability only time will tell.

I installed two of these on old wood garage doors. Immediately stopped the water coming in from rain at the bottom. Sealed up the bottom of the doors from bugs and air blowing in as well. I wish I would have installed these years ago. Also, they are very easy to install.

The garage seal was easy to adapt and install on my 16' garage door. Rubber seal easily slides intot place in the alumiium track. Looks well made. Hopefully it lasts for a long time.

The self tapping screws are garbage! I went to the hardware store and got longer and a bit larger in diameter. I am going to add a little Gorilla Glue from the inside on each screw, because some seem lose. Definitely use lithium grease and have an extra peron. I did it myself which took me about 3hrs...not fun. Overall, it is a good product.
