Very soft material even in extreme cold. The adhesive sticks very well. This is very flexible. I’ve had this around the exterior of my garage doors for a year and a half now. The screws make this permanent. A couple of the plastic caps on the screws pop lose here and there. Not a big deal though. Just pop them back on.

Not as flexible as I had hoped but seems to stick with the glue and screws are provided to attack to door.

This seal definitely fulfills the intended purpose. The soft material (a silicone, I believe) conforms well to the mounting surface and the door edges, however the pressure between the seal and the door creates drag on the door during opening and closing. Particularly the strip across the top edge will hang up in the gap between door segments during the opening process. Additionally the surface of the seal shows dirt accumulation and scuff marks prominently after 3 months of use. I like the idea of this seal as it keeps blowing rain and dirt out very well, but other functional and aesthetic issues may prompt me to remove it soon.

The glue on the back is worthless You have to staple up as soon as it gets cold it rips.
