This hose holder gets the job done. It’s surprisingly sturdy for the price, and the four spikes help it stay put even when holding a heavy hose. I’ve got a 100-ft hose on it, and it handles the weight without bending or leaning. The design keeps everything neat, and it’s much better than leaving the hose coiled on the ground.Assembly was quick and easy—just push it into the ground and it's ready to go. It’s been through a couple of rainy days already, and so far, no rust. If you need a simple, freestanding hose holder that doesn’t take up much space, this one’s worth it.

ULIOK Freestanding, Water Hose Holder,I've purchased about 5 of these things and had one be excellent, one pretty good, and the others crap. The best had a main post made of threaded rod sections, so there was no ability for the joins to pull apart or bend, and had long enough and strong spikes, including the main post ending as the main spike, with 4 others in ring layout that successfully prevented tip-over when a heavy hose was placed on the holder. The joins were strongly welded and bolted. It also had a handy shelf under the hose holder and a handy sprayer-holding notch at the top of the holder, but those are bonuses. This just described holder is currently unavailable and has been so for quite a while. So, about this new one, other than instructions that showed the post bolts being installed on the side of the holder (the front), when they actually have to be installed on the opposite side of the holder (the back), and the need for a crescent wrench to tighten the nuts on the other end of the bolts, this unit went together pretty easily, the parts lined up appropriately, and everything seemed solidly constructed. The main post sections are not threaded (it's square), but the 3-sided inserts that join the sections, have two bolts each and I'm hopeful they are strong. The post bolts to the base with another pair of bolts and the spike sections bolt to the base, too. I'm not seeing the spike welds are weak as another reviewer commented, but I haven't installed it as the ground is frozen. I had one hose holder bend when I attempted to press it into reasonably soft garden soil, so I have experienced true junk in this type of equipment. The balance seems good, with spikes placed under where the weight of the hose will be, and it seems the unit will take the force of putting weight on the spike arms to press the thing into the ground. I hope they're long enough to provide stable footing - I'll update if I end up unimpressed - again.

I recently purchased the Garden Hose Holder Freestanding, and it has exceeded my expectations! The sturdy 4 spikes provide excellent stability, even in windy conditions. It easily holds my 150-feet hose without any sagging or tangling. The design is both functional and attractive, making it a great addition to my garden. Assembly was a breeze, and the holder is incredibly durable. I love how it keeps my hose neatly organized and off the ground, preventing any damage. Overall, this hose holder is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to keep their garden tidy and their hose in top condition!

Easy to assemble. Came with tool. Two things I would change: (1) top rounded pieces should be same height. For some reason they aren’t. Ship in a longer box so that you have one piece going up. But it does work as stated.

I got this freestanding garden hose holder to replace one that broke. I need two of these for the house. So far, one has survived one summer and one winter. The other one broke before winter. This hose holder by ULIOK appears to be sturdy and durable. The screws and nuts are high-quality. The assembled hose holder feels very solid. I am unsure about the fact that the pole part (part B) is connected to the spikes part (part E) by two screws/bolts. I'm thinking that should this holder break down, it might be at that connection. I have not installed this hose holder in the yard yet since the ground is still frozen.Assembly was okay. I was following the instructions step by step, but some portions are not clear. I messed up connecting the poles (part B) and had to redo that part. Make sure the holes of the part Bs are facing away from the spikes. Also, although the appropriate Allen screwdriver is included, you'll need to use your own small wrench to tighten the bolts. This freestanding hose holder appears to be solid and sturdy. I am cautiously optimistic that this will last a few summers.

So far I like it! I quickly put it together and it looks great. However, the ground is still too frozen to put it out yet so I can’t say how well it holds up just yet. Once I get it set up outside I will update my review if anything changes!

There is no doubt that the garden hose holder is constructed of metal; however, the build quality is really bad. Metal components are not adequately welded and came broken. Also, it will not withstand weather without rusting because the paint is very poorly done and can already be seen peeling.

I have a 100 ft hose in the barn that I needed up off the ground. I had no space to hang a hose reel so, I opted for this style. I couldn't be happier with it. It's very solid for the purpose it's meant for. I had no issues putting it together. The instructions are clear and easy to read for the most part. There are no extra screws so be careful not to lose one. All the pieces felt strong and solid. The spikes are nice and long and easily pushed down into the ground. There was still room for more hose even after I wrapped my 100ft hose on it. It would have no problem holding a 150 ft or possibly a 200 ft hose depending on what type hose you're using. Great solution for those with limited space or do not have the option to hang one. Also very handy for those who move their hoses around regularly. I could also see it being handy camping. I definitely would not hesitate to purchase another.
