I am not a cook. That's not to say that I never cook, but I'm more of a sandwich-type gal the vast majority of the time. For this reason alone, my kitchen isn't full of fancy gadgets - I just can't justify getting all the fun kitchen toys when they only get used once in a blue moon. Because of this, when I DO finally buckle down and concoct a real meal, I often find myself cursing my lack of various kitchen accoutrements. I mean, it's not like I can't mince garlic with a knife, but I always lose patience and end up with something more akin to diced garlic than minced garlic.Enter the BAERFO garlic press rocker. Just do it. Get yourself a garlic press. No more cloves dancing away from your knife and ending up behind your toaster only to be found sprouting three weeks later. My sauces taste more flavorful due to the finely minced and smooshed garlic. I hadn't previously considered how the taste of my food would be affected by the finer mincing, but it does make a difference.I also like the little tube that came with the press. Put the clove into the tube, use a little pressure to roll it around, and the skin comes off so much more easily than trying to peel it with your bare fingers.The icing on the cake? Cleanup is a breeze.Easy five stars.

Love that this tool is multifunctional. The garlic press and tenderizer/smasher on the side is very useful. I absolutely love the green garlic peeler tube. It works very well to quickly rub the garlic skins off. The little spoon and knife are cute and are good for spreading and scooping out the garlic. The little cleaning tool is nice as well, but any bristled cleaning brush works just as well to get the garlic bits out. Just a very handy tool!

I love garlic and use a lot of it in my food preparation. This tool is so much easier to use than the one that I had. Not only that but I feel it it safer and faster. I needed to be so careful not to nick my fingers with the old one. This one is so much easier to clean and wastes less garlic also. I just smash the clove and then rock the tool back and forth. It minces the garlic perfectly. Then I just scrape it off with the little included knife. It is nice and neat.I am highly satisfied and recommend it.
