How to make: Peel off the outer skin of the garlic, cut off the top, place in a garlic roaster, pour over olive oil, sprinkle with your seasonings, and place in a grill or oven preheated to 400 degrees F.

I bought this for my sister amd her husband for Christmas. As soon as they opened the gift, another family member was on her phone ordering one! She loves hers too! They use it on their grill and say it makes deliciously sweet roasted garlic!

I love its shape and size 🖤 And the garlic turned out perfectly. You will love using this but roasting 3 heads of garlic is not enough. You can squeeze in 4…..I haven’t tried 5 at a time.

I love the fact that it’s cast iron, it has weight to it and it came preseasoned. I’ve used it often and it does come clean well. The price I paid for it at the time was fair and I know that I will continue using it for some time, I also love the shape of it, it looks like a pumpkin.

We had a ceramic roaster that held 1 head of garlic years ago. It took longer to roast and never seemed to be enough, so we stopped using it. This roaster however is fantastic in every way. There’s room for enough garlic for guests. It is always cooked through and tastes great in much shorter time. Cast iron is simply the best material for this. It can go in the oven or on the grill. It has so exceeded our expectations & we couldn’t be happier. And it was less expensive than the original piece we bought 30 years ago!

This item is alot bigger than my intent and purposes for said item. Now that I have acquired this beauty my intent and purposes have grown. I will be making single soup servings (maybe some shepherds pie)within this iron. I really like this product I may have to get more.
