Never played pickleball until a few days ago. These paddles are constructed of carbon fiber and graphite, the same materials as many of the other higher priced ones. They’re light, comfortable and have a large sweet spot. Really pleased, as a complete beginner, how I’m hitting with them. The “seasoned†players I play with are impressed with the paddles as well. Nice case, extra bonus of 6 outside balls and grip tape complete the kit and make it an even better value! Great price for a really well made paddle.

Upgraded to this paddle from wood. At first I felt it was too light, but I came to appreciate the lightness after the first hour. The grip is very ergonomic, and the paddle construction is top notch. Also, the price point is excellent.

I've played pickleball with more expensive gear and honestly couldn't tell much of a difference. I think this set provides a great deal of value. The paddles are more than I expected and the balls work as expected. Even the carry case is made of quality material for the price. You can't go wrong with this as your pickleball bundle - newbie or not - it's a good deal.

The paddle started out well. However only after 3 games with it, the surface is starting to peel and it will only get worse (see picture). DEFINITELY not carbon fibre as claimed. Both paddles are peeling now.
