This replaces the push here, pull that, and spill everywhere “new and improved†gas can nozzles. They’re simple to install, don’t spill, and are really easy to use. They’re a good value (inexpensive) and you’ll get 3 easy to use fittings. There are 2 different cap sizes and you’ll have to figure out which one to use.

For those who haven’t replaced their “fancy†spouts with an old style like this: do it. You’ll be glad you did.For this kit, it has a lot of options to fit a lot of different types of jugs. And has a drill bit for installing a vent if the jug doesn’t have one.The smaller spout caps with the ring to prevent loss don’t fit on the spouts or any other part included. Maybe the intent is to include other spare parts that someone might need, but I found it annoying that it was included. So the only one that fits is the big hat-like cap. It looks dumb, but it works.Overall I think this is a good value.

I have no idea who came up with the idea to add safety vent nozzles to gas containers, but they created a massive gas spilling and filling issue for me and many others like me. With this product I can convert my useless gas cans back to the old proper way they were intended to be used. I no longer spill gas or have to wait five minutes to fill up my mower. I wish I could give this10 stars because it has been that handy for me. Installation was a breeze and everything seals up nicely. Great quality product and value. If I need more gas cans in the future I now know what I need to do to them.

I have quite a number of gas cans for year round needs of gas powered equipment. Smaller cans are easier to handle, so I buy in 5 gal's and transfer to 1-3 gals. The spouts always take a beating, and tend to stiffen as they age and are no longer flexible to use.I really needed this kit of spout parts. In fact, I used all the spouts and some of the accessories right away. They are flexible, and have two different thread caps for the cans. I ended up using both thread sizes. They come with caps for the spouts which have a gasket inside. I found it rather hard to get those caps to seal until I really cranked them down. Also, the spouts would leak unless tightened really well. After that, they worked fine.I needed two of the vent caps that fit right on the missing spots. This got me thinking about a 5 gal can I have without a vent which has always been hard to empty without sloshing. With the included drill bit, I'll be able to install a vent cap on that can to solve a long known problem.Suffice to say, as much as I like this kit, I needed it more. Would buy again.

Hate the new required contraptions they now put on gas cans. Bought these to replace and they are direct replacements. Comes with the drill bit needed to drill hole for vent and it pops right in. So much easier to pour gas into the mower with the flexible spout you don't need 3 hands to operate. Comes with a little cap that I am not sure what it gouges to, but don't care. Doesn't leak, functions perfectly and good quality, plus you get 3 of them.

Very nice kit that enabled me to modify my fuel can to the better old school design. No more fumbling around with the nozzle just to leak everywhere.

I picked these up to replace the old leaky gas can spouts. The only downside of these spouts is that they do not have a mesh or removable mesh in the filler nozzle. Other than that, they work excellent and fit different size gas cans. As you can see from the photos there are caps and they fit different size cans.
