I have not used it yet. It was just delivered an hour ago and I have no hopes for it turning out good. Will be emailing seller and seeing what can be done. See attached photos.1. Opened box and its missing instructions and one gas knob.2. Powder coat is junk.3. Tape and paper will not come off griddle plate.4. EVERYTHING is bent and holes do not line up. Takes a lot to get it to line up.5. Grease trap is not big enough. Looks like there will be a lot on the ground.Will provide an update, but I would not recommend.

Whether a breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage, and potatoes or a dinner of teriyaki chicken with a side of grilled onions and peppers, this grill delivers. Easy to clean (just splash on some seltzer war) this grill, once constructed, is great. A little difficulty in putting it together and aligning the bolt holes and bolts in some tight quarters, but it can be done. Much cheaper than the Blackstone that everyone wants, but does the job very nicely. This past weekend it was running for 2 hours as I grilled brats, backs, red hots and teriyaki chicken for 105 people. I am sold. Just make it easier to put together

The thing was easy to put together, and works well. The stick paper some people complain of is not glued on. It’s actually waxed paper stuck tot he oil from seasoning the griddle. I just pealed the papers off. Then turn on the griddle till it heats up. Squirt with water and give it a quick scrub. Comes right off. Rinse with water and season with oil again.
