I was pretty happy when this lubricant dozen came out. All of the straws worked just fine and I didn't have any failures. This stuff works just like my WD-40 did in the past but with a lot less money that they cost. These ones cost under $3 a can! That's a really good value compared to WD-40. These were just as good but in my opinion they don't have that stinky smell.Again none of these straws failed. This is a great value!

More or less a clone of the blue and yellow can stuff but with a better spray mechanismI am not a chemist but my general impression of this Gas One Spray Lubricant is that it is essentially a direct substitute for WD*Forty, SuperTech spray lube, and any number of other similar products out there. Use it where you would use those products and it will do the job. Think of it as a “generalist” lubricant rather than a “specialist” type product like silicone spray, dry lube, chain lube, penetrating oil and the like. Does an acceptable job on a lot of things rather than an outstanding job on a narrow application.For a real world test, I used this spray lube to lubricate my overhead garage doors since I did not get to them this past fall and they were getting noisy with the cold weather upon us. Used it on the hinges, springs, roller pins and everywhere else except the chain drive and roller tracks. Performed as expected. Fluid enough to get into where it needed to go but not so runny as to make a mess. The built-in spray straw worked well and delivered the product where it was supposed to go without a lot of over-spray. The can seemed to be less pressurized than similar products I have used which made application much easier. Used about ¼ to 1/2 of the 6oz can to do one single car and one two-car door.Has some rust preventative properties. Applied a light spray to some newly sharpened lawn mower blades and garden tools. No rust after two weeks of being stored in a damp unheated shed.Although not a true penetrating oil, when I used it on a tractor to remove some moderately rusted fasteners it did the job. Also helped free up a stiff control cable on my snowblower. Also handy to clean threads in blind holes.Comes in a case of 12 – 6oz cans so you get 72 ounces of lubricant. At the current Amazon price, this works out to about 49 cents per ounce (about $3.00 per can). Based on the current shelf price for a 12oz can of the blue and yellow can stuff at my local big box home improvement store, it is about 62 cents per ounce so this Gas One spray lube represents a better value. I do like the small can size of this product over the larger cans typical of the big brands as you can get it into tighter spaces. Also, it is small enough to keep a can in my truck glove compartment and tool box.Wish I had it for Christmas – would have been a great stocking stuffer. Who doesn't need spray lube.So, how does it rate? On one hand it does everything you would expect from a light duty spray lube and is priced right. On the other hand, I can’t really say it is exceptional in any meaningful way. To me, that makes it a solid 4 to 4.5 star product. I usually buy a can of WD40 with the red spray nozzle attached. I can usually go through about half of it before it clogs or the spray nozzles just stop working. I usually throw out the half used can. This spray lubricant has a far better designed spray nozzle. There isn't a single opening at the tip of the nozzle for something to clog. This tip has a few smaller holes to prevent clogging. I've already loosed up a temperature nob on my old heater as well as removed squeaks from an old trunk lift. Spraying the wheels and track of my garage door was a breeze. This came in a case of 12 cans. Won't be needing to buy WD40 every again. Great product. Great value for the price listed.

This is on par with wd40 if not better as the spray nozzles are well made and don’t clog. I went around the house, shed and garage and ended up using an entire can of this not one clog or mishap. Definitely works and lots of squeals and squeaks are nonexistent now. Excellent value here for the 12 pack should be good for the next couple of years. 5 stars here *****

Great idea, if virtually every one of them didn’t leak where you are pressing it with your finger. It just gets everywhere, especially when you snap the tube up to pinpoint what you are targeting to directly hit with oil. And that is what I use most in my work. It’s really unfortunate, because it’s a nice size and design, but much to much waste. I won’t be purchasing this product again.

This is a very nice household lubricant. I went around my house and sprayed all of my door hinges and door latches. It’s easy to spray and the straw flips down for easy storage so you don’t lose it. Can’t go wrong with this stuff!

Fantastic case of lube/penetrant. Spray tips are easy to use and it worked well when drilling out some steel as well

This works well, and I love the different spray options, depending on your needs. The bottles are small, making them easy to keep handy. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell. I’m one of those weird people who enjoy the smell of similar products but this actually has a mango sent to it
