Great mirror! The directions are printed on the box itself - not a paper copy inside the box - and the directions on the box are NOT for the correct mirror. I had to contact Gatco directly for the proper directions.The mirror itself is wonderfulPurchased two and am happyAlso purchased the matching rob hooks (but use for towels)

This mirror is poorly packaged by the manufacturer. The cardboard box isn't sturdy enough to protect the mirror (it's pretty heavy) & the styrofoam that the mirror is packed in is way too thin. The first mirror I ordered arrived broken & there were holes in the box. Ordered a replacement & it arrived broken also.

The mirror itself is ok, the instruction for mounting were very poor. I had recently mounted a similar Moen mirror which excelled at clear instructions and simplicity of mounting. The Moen mirror included a template to tape to the wall for drilling holes. This was excellent.When I received the 2 Gatco mirrors I was hoping for an installation process similar to the Moen. Well, not close. The only instructions are on the box, there is no detailed instructions enclosed with the essential hardware. To top it off the hardware included does not match with the instructions on the box. Rather than having a template like the Moen, you have to "eye-ball it" and then hold the mirror up once you've attached the mounting brackets to mark where to drill the holes. I was able to get them up and they look good and are level, the process though could have been much easier.

Mirror was clearly a return that was brokenChunk of broken glass was taped on.And hanging brackets were also missingI ordered 3 of these and now have to pay my installer to come back to hang the replacement
