Took old off, put new one on. Nice and quiet and fit great like a new one should.

Fit on lower idler pulley,in a 1993 jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 even though Amazon said it wouldn't.Time will tell how well it holds up,but is working great for now.

Have 1991 Jeep Yj bare bones sport model, 2.5L, no a/c, no power anything, only vac assist brakes, fit and works fine.

Excellent quality, perfect fit. My dad always used Gates belts, hoses, etc...that was good enough for me. This is the second of the drive pulleys I replaced over the past couple of months. I mean, I replaced the smaller one when it cratered...this one I replaced along with the serpentine belt (also Gates) on my '97 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 liter, as preventive maintenance. Very pleased.Plus...it was made by our Canadian neighbors--NOT overseas. If I can't readily find US-made parts, I'll take Canadian over Chinese, etc ANY DAY of the week!
