Not sure about those bad review's? It is the exact same as the one I removed. Same brand name on the tensioner, and made in canada on the bracket. I assume the one on my engine was OEM since the truck had less than 100,000 when I purchased it 6 years ago. Any way.... No complaints at this time, great OEM quality MUCH more affordable than One in a Nissan box.

Nissan replacement. Part was identical to OEM. High quality. Car started making an annoying squeak chirp squeal sound that got progressively worse. Replaced belt and tensioner, no more noise!

Buyer beware - It lived up to its's warranty, but 2 years and 13,000 miles later, it has gone bad and I need a new one.

Got this installed last night in a 2005 Qx56. Perfect fit and exact match as the old one that was also made in Canada. Got rid of the anoying rattle that most think and are lead to believe is the timing chain.
