Worked great to repair my pressure washer hose, saved money. These can also be reused if needed.

Put a little bit of oil on your pressure washer hose. Thread the larger piece onto the hose counter clock wise. Make sure the hose doesn't twist inside, the oil helps with this. Once it's all the way on back it back off a half turn. This is to allow for the next piece to get in and start threading. I then added a quick coupler to my repaired end.

I bought a used pressure washer and the hose was leaking. It was a great quality professional rubber hose with steel braiding inside. I had an almost new hose from the previous pressure washer, but this one was much better quality, except for the leak. I cut off the end with an angle grinder and installed this coupling in no time using a vise and a lug wrench. I put a little oil on the threads to get going.

Even though my hose is marked 3/8 inch, this coupler didn't work. The hose is rubber coated braided steel. The inside diameter of the hose is likely smaller. When assembling the coupler, it would pull apart, tearing the rubber off the braided steel.

My 15 year old pressure washer hose blew the end off and this fixed it! Cut hose with your favorite cutoff tool. Place hose in a Vice. The female is a reverse thread that is installed on the hose first. A little silicone lube helps. Lube inside the hose and push and turn utill the male end threads in. It does take quite a bit of force to Tighen but no leaks at 4000psi. And it's reusable. I purchased the swivel attachment as well and no leaks. It takes less time and money than buying new hose. I was back washing in 15 minutes
