It’s a nice, American-made Gates timing belt. Fits correctly and Alignment marks were in the right spots. The installation is a bit of work, but that has nothing to do with the belt, but the design of the motor. It is highly recommended to install new pulleys and tensioner if they haven’t been replaced in over 60K miles and also The water and oil pump if they have over 100k miles as well. It is not necessary, but recommended so that you only need to take the front cover apart once.

This car does not have a sohc engine it uses a dohc engine the belt is too small

Very good American made belt. Installed it on my 2006 Forester.I've already driven 81K miles on it for over 4 years. No issues.I'll replace it with the same one in about 15-20K.

Fits perfect but time will tell. I bought this separately from the Aisin tensioner and NSK bearings/idler. I did not need the water pump which most kits have.

Belt has timing marks imprinted on it to align with cam sprockets and drive shaft. Worked perfectly for 2011 Subaru Outback.
