There were 2 holes in my Florida lanai screen. I made several attempts to patch them using bits of screening I had laying around & with CA glue which failed in the Florida sun & packing tape which failed even quicker. So when I saw this stuff I had to try it.I removed my old, ugly patches & the old glue so I had a nice clean surface to apply this new product. The mesh size was exactly the same as on my screen so that was good. The protective layer over the adhesive came off fairly easily. I applied the patch to the hole & it stuck pretty well.The patches have been on for 2 weeks so far but it has been unseasonably cold so time will tell how well they hold up to the sun.There were misleading pictures in the ad on Amazon that shows the patches on screens that are transparent. In reality the glue over the opening on the patch area is NOT transparent but opaque. That makes the patch more noticeable.I placed the patches on the inside of the screens. After I did that I realized the adhesive was exposed to the outside where bugs, dirt & leaves could potentially stick to the patch. Next time I will put the patch on the outside of the screen.I also thought that ten dollars for ten feet seemed pricey. However, if the patches last in next summer's heat, I'll be happy.

I have several older screens and having those replaced for tiny holes would cost a small fortune . Thankfully I saw this wonderful product. It’s so easy to use . In the the pictures I cut a way too large piece , if I had cut it smaller I know it wouldn’t be as visible because my screens and this tape match really well color wise .I am currently checking all screens and found a few other smaller holes, and one big one , this is a DIY that is fun and satisfying , instant gratification ! So easyNo tools , no measuring, just a pair of scissors are needed. This tape sticks well and the backing comes off so easy , even on the tiniest pieces. Not a lot of pressure is needed for this to stick and stay. I can only recommend.I wish i knew about this product earlier!

Great easy window screen repair tape I live in an apartment and thought this would be a great solution for repairing one of the windows. And it really is super simple to put on, and has held up so well. I really love opening the windows in the spring time but I’m not training invite every fly in the neighborhood in. So I’m so happy to have repaired the screen so easily. I just cut it to size remove the clear backing and tape it on the screen. I’m loving it

I have used this tape now on several screens and there are some obvious pros and cons:PROS: It definitely patches holes in the screen, and it looks a lot like our plastic/nylon screens. Easy to cut and strongly adhesive.CONS: My two problems with it is that the tape isn't actually screen. It has screen but the tape doesn't let air through. The other negative is that it's obvious on the screen. As in, you can see all the patches when you're done.Overall I like it though. Better than the holes!

Super glad I got this item to review. I quickly repaired 8 windows in less than 15 minutes. Some holes were pretty big and T shaped so I put it on both sides. I'm not sure if that was necessary but I live in the Midwest and we get high winds and crazy weather so I'm just being safe. I bought a really old house and waited to fix these screens for way too long. I really wish I would have known about this product sooner. I was done in no time and the windows look great. I'll have no more bugs coming in. It feels really strongly adhered on and I am very happy. I also had more than half the roll left too even after double taping all my patches. So if i get any more holes i'll be ready.

Attention : pour que le filet tienne, il est indispensable de le coller au recto et au verso de la moustiquaire endommagée - ce qui rend hélas la réparation très visible…
